According to the first page of the scrapbook: "This is a book of both records and pictures of Notre Dame belonging to Gerald E. McAdams, 108 Corby Hall / 42 Walsh, March 5, 1914." The scrapbook consists of photographs, images, news clippings, and pages from Notre Dame publications, reflecting an interest in Notre Dame sports and scenery.
Correspondence, 1965-1977; subject files, including files on Heller, Solzhenitsyn, Voegelin, and Wittfogel; publications, lectures, research notes and drafts, Episcopal church matters, sermons (1973-1993), musical and personal matters, and financial material.

The collection consists of one and a half boxes of black and white negatives. The majority were taken for the student publications Scholastic magazine and the Dome yearbook. The photograph archivists made identifications in the finding aids where the photos were found to be published.
The John J. Kennedy papers consist of correspondence, course files, printed material, and files regarding international and Latin American studies. Some documents are in Spanish.

This collection consists of a number of musical compositions by José Porfirio “Pepe” Gallart Carcasses. Included are fourteen musical compositions in manuscript, one printed set of sheet music, one concert recording of the 130th Birthday of José Porfirio Gallart, one photograph, and various ephemera relating to the commemoration of José Gallart and his works.
These photographs (negatives, contact sheets, and slides) cover Notre Dame campus and student life, 1970-1974. They include sporting events, lectures, concerts, cenic views of campus, students, professors, administrators, Vietnam war protests, various campus events, some student trips, and scenes of downtown South Bend. Photographs taken after 1974 focus more exclusively on Notre Dame sports, especially basketball.
