The collection consists of one and a half boxes of black and white negatives. The majority were taken for the student publications Scholastic magazine and the Dome yearbook. The photograph archivists made identifications in the finding aids where the photos were found to be published.

Included are fourteen musical compositions in manuscript, one printed set of sheet music, one concert recording of the 130th Birthday of José Porfirio Gallart, one photograph, and various ephemera relating to the commemoration of José Gallart and his works.
