Harrison E. Randall Letters
77 Civil War letters of Harrison E. Randall of Fulton County, Ohio, written from the field as a member of Co. H, 100th Ohio Infantry. Most were written from Kentucky (September 1862 to August 1863), Georgia, during the Atlanta campaign (June to August 1864), Alabama and Tennessee, including letters from the Nashville campaign (October 1864 to January 1865) and North Carolina (March and April 1865).

Henry Hall Fishing Line Company Records
A collection of mostly correspondence and business records of the Henry Hall fishing line company. Included are about 100 orders and invoices from customers and suppliers in the 1880s. The collection also includes about 75 pieces of correspondence written in 1900 by D. D. Anderson of the New York sales office to company president Alexander G. Hall at Highland Mills.

Content consists mostly of accounts, addresses, and other brief notations. The 1910 volume contains several longer crossed-out pages that could be copies of a rudimentary will.

Humphrey M. Barbour World War I Scrapbooks
A four-volume illustrated memoir, in scrapbook form, of the World War I military service of Humphrey M. Barbour, an artillery officer in the American Army's 42nd (Rainbow) Division. In addition to a 220-page typescript memoir the volumes contain close to 1000 photographic prints, postcards, published halftones, maps, manuscript military records, and drawings relating to Barbour's service, 1917 to 1919.

The greater part of the collection consists of correspondence, printed ephemera, and photographs, many collected by Carter in interwar Germany and Russia as part of his research on the fine arts.
