Before Archbishop Leray read McMaster's favor this morning, he told Thiards to withdraw his name from the appeal as he had to have the appeal in his own home. The debts compiled by Archbishop Napoleon Perche are also his. He also consulted the Hon. H.P. Semmes and Fernandez, the justice of the State Supreme Court.
