He suggests that one of the questions to be discussed at the time, other things being arranged, might be the "educational or school question", another, "the enhancement of Catholic Society". It was taken from the Vatican Galleries by Napoleon Bonaparte, and was brought to this country by Bishop Dwenger who received it from an old priest who got it from Napoleon. He was absent when the letter came and had to go to the prairie upon his return and forget the note.
