There is a misunderstanding regarding the matter about which Edwards writes. Their acquaintance with Edwards is almost entirely through their W. D. Kelly who claims Notre Dame as his Alma Mater. He regrets that he did not have time to arrange all the letters having reference to the Eucharistic Convention at Notre Dame. He still rejoices remembering the glorious days at Notre Dame.
