Corrigan is Hudson's ideal prelate. She has met his brother Father George. Browne is writing another juvenile book. Scope and Contents Browne apologizes for not sending Hudson a copy of her book. She has not received a copy of her book, even though numerous copies have been sold. The publisher, Mr. Kenedy has informed her that he is having her contract drawn up. Regarding the changes suggested by Hudson, she intended to make them in the proof, but never received the proof until the book was electroplated. Father Herman J. Heuser told Browne he thought he met Hudson at St. Charles Seminary, Overbrook. Heuser is a German about thirty. He speaks and writes German, English, and Latin, and is at home in French, Italian and Greek. He is an indefatigable worker. He has his classes in the seminary and also is preparing a biography of Monsignor Corcoran, who left him his private executor. Browne hopes the stories she sends will do. :: X-3-l A.L.S. 7pp.

Hudson's favorable comment on her book pleases Browne. She saw Mr. Kenedy and he assured her that her copies were coming and she thought so is Christmas. Browne asks Hudson for his photograph. She will have her picture taken for the Ave Maria album. Kenedy was delighted with the notice in the Ave Maria and said the book was selling first rate.
