Oblates of Providence Rule book
Microfilm of a rule book for the Oblates of Providence. The rule book, in French, followed by an English version, details obligations of the superior, oblates, and postulates, tasks to be done, Sunday and feast day observances, guidelines for the school and the children attending it, daily routine, dress, education for the sisters, and reformed constitution in French. The reel contains two copies of the book.
Officer in Charge of Military Affairs
Records of Joseph H. Burke, CSC, the Notre Dame liason with the US Government in charge of Military Training during the First World War (WWI, World War One). Consists almost entirely of correspondence with Washington and the Army about administrative matters and government property (primarily ordnance). The papers have been arranged several times, but it seems that at least some of the original order remains.

Ann Arbour Olyniec Papers
Collection of letters written to and from Ann Arbour Olyniec, a member of the first cohort of female undergraduate students to begin undergraduate studies at the University of Notre Dame in 1972. Letters document Olyniec’s experiences as an undergraduate student at The University of Texas at Austin, Saint Mary’s College, and The University of Notre Dame from 1970 to 1974.
Ora W. Harvey Letter
A four-page letter written on 15 April 1863 by Civil War private Ora W. Harvey of the 46th Massachusetts Infantry, mostly discussing camp recreations, especially baseball.
Oral Histories Collection
