Lambing sends the second part of his article. He was in New York recently and saw John G. Shea at Elizabeth, New Jersey. Lambing's article on Washington has caused quite a stir in some quarters. He has broken with the "Guardian Angel" and will write no more for it, because the editors persist in making blunders in setting up his articles. Father W. P.
