Knowing that school will soon close and that she will not have a chance to learn anything of her darling boy W. Barret Frost during vacation, she is wild to have a few lines from Edwards. She wants Edwards to win the boy's confidence and not allow him to forget her. Every effort is being made to estrange the boy from her, not so much by his spiteful aunt, Mrs. Hirschberg. If Hudson cannot send her the back number he should let her know in his personal next month. Henry Garland who had an article in the Ave Maria in 1882, is a cousin of King's.
