Higgins submits an article on Knock, together with a letter by Archdeacon B. Cavanagh . Cavanagh is pleased that the editor of the Ave Maria is interested in the Irish Shrine to the Blessed Mother at Knock. Higgins sends a "Knock Letter" together with Grannell's "Hymn To Our Lady of Knock" which he requests be published in the Ave Maria. At an early date he will send more literature on Knock. Higgins is sending two cuttings from the "Flag of Ireland" published at Dublin. He, the author, is at knock looking for restoration of health. Scope and Contents (Father) Higgins hoped to see Onahan in Chicago, a fact which he told O'Brien. However plans were changed since he had to take charge of a philosophy class. He writes of the report of the Archbishops' meeting concerning the appointment of an Apostolic Delegate, as being some what "shady", but hopes it will prove a blessing to the Church. There will probably be a change of administration in the Province in the following summer. Father Higgins would be glad to cooperate with Onahan and Brother...

The latter lives in Paray le Monial, France, and has built a beautiful museum to contain a gallery to display paintings of the Life of Christ.
