Evrard this morning gave Viere possession of the house, church and registers. His good Germans are in consternation. Evrard will use his right to appeal to Rome. If there are recent grave reasons, why did Rappe appoint him president of the Church Conference of his district? Rappe's action is due to his sending Rappe's circular of May 3 to Rome.
