Mannix thinks Hudson made a mistake with regard to the Christmas verses and sent the wrong one, which Mannix returns. She sends her translation of "La Golondrina". Mannix has been complimented on her poem on "Our Lady of Good Counsel". "The Catholic World" had another silly story in the May number. Will her "Golden Jubilee" be ready soon? John.Mannix tells her that "Debusses, S.J." is on the title page of the book from which Father John Reynolds reads to them each evening.
