Stoddard, Charles Warren, Quincy, Massachusetts, to Father Daniel E. Hudson, C.S.C., Notre Dame, Indiana, 1890 August 21

 Item — Box: CHUD 15
Identifier: CHUD X-3-l

Scope and Contents

Hudson may print the sketch the way he wishes. Recently they had an awful smash up at their door. Stoddard is still nervous and restless. William P.? Coyne wrote to Stoddard and sent his copy of "Views and Reviews". Stoddard will place the card in the copy of the Lepers. C.M. Hyde has evidently gone so far that he must brazen it out to the bitter end. When he came there Stoddard said he must know John Boyle O'Reilly. He had a letter from him and an advance copy of the Pilot which said Stoddard was there. :: X-3-l A.L.S. 4pp. 12mo.
