Papin is working again although not by his own choice. When he realized his dependence on his mother and that she could not support his return to school, he got a job. He is sorry to hear that Hudson cannot come to St. Louis for a visit. Sophie Papin will soon be married and desires Hudson to be the minister. Marie Papin has returned from her trip to Europe and is much improved. She and Grace Papin ask to be remembered to Hudson.
