Stace, Arthur J., Paris, France, to Father Daniel E. Hudson, C.S.C., Notre Dame, Indiana, 1889 May 2
Item — Box: CHUD 13
Identifier: CHUD X-3-j
Scope and Contents
Yesterday Stace reported to the Commissioner General. The sea voyage did not appear to do Stace much good. The cold winds of England and travel on the English and French railroads did him harm. Paris seems to agree with Stace. He asks Hudson to tell Father Alexander Kirsch that he hasn't presented his letter of introduction yet, because he is not well enough to visit. The churches of Paris are beautiful, but the Cathedral is not as large as he expected to find it. :: X-3-j A.L.S. 3pp. 16mo.
