Yesterday, Stoddard sailed to Provincetown at the end of Cape Cod. In some things it is like the Hawaiian Islands and the whalers seem to Stoddard like old friends. Board and lodging on Cape Cod is fifty dollars a week. The trip from Boston to Provinceton aboard the steamer Longfellow took four hours. The Storer s are staying at their summer home on the Cape and plan to go to Europe in the autumn for an indefinite period.
