Sister thanks Hudson for publishing her notes of the late Mother Mary Aloysia Hardey. Mother Mary F. Moran assures Van Ness that the Misses Drexel find Luigi Gregori's picture of St. Francis de Sales beautiful. Father James P. Sinnott remarked on viewing Gregori's portrait of Blessed Berchmans, that Gregori had made him an Orangeman. Bishop John L. Spalding's oration expresses what reflecting minds are observing in the rising generation. Ruth and Mary Tenney, granddaughters of Brownson, are attending Eden Hall.
