Item — Box: CHUD 8
Identifier: CHUD X-3-a
Scope and Contents
O'Loughlin explains the terms under which he accepted the Pustet Company's offer to join the Catholic Herald. Since the senior partmer of the paper interferes with his department and would like to sell the Herald, he is unwilling to remain with the paper. O'Loughlin thinks he could establish a Catholic publishing house in Chicago that would be composed of a newspaper and a book business. If he were to make this move, could he get financial backing. On this matter he desires Hudson's backing. :: X-3-a A.L.S. 6pp. 12mo.
