 Item — Box: CHUD 8

Scope and Contents

He is unable to read the proof of Aubrey de Vere 's article for the Catholic World or the article he wrote for Thorndyke Rice 's syndicate. Johnson sailed or Europe in the Alaska this morning, with a letter of credit for 25,000 francs from Roswell Smith . David Munro raves about Hudson and Charles Warren Stoddard . They are trying to engineer Gill into the new Irish Parliament. If Hudson knows Stoddard well enough, ask him to arrive at an understanding with The Century. John claims Stoddard owes Century money. :: X-3-a A.L.S. 4pp. 12mo.
