Document. The Brain Drain From Catholic Colleges And Universities - A JUBILEE Report. ~ All three authors were asked to discuss topic: The greatest problem facing Catholic higher education is: the loss of senior faculty members. ~ To a particular administrator at Loyola (Chicago) ". . . the coming and going of faculty (like, one assumes, ordinary office personnel) is meaningful only in terms of quantitative measures." Mr. Zahn knows of other Jesuit schools which do recognize broader areas of faculty and even student autonomy and responsibility.
