Document. Enclosure #2 contains the results of a special study as reported to Congress in December 1970 and June 1971. This study was done in a twelve-month period through 1970 and 1971 about conscientious objectors. They are unable to locate any statistics which go into more detail than the numbers in each class as of a particular reporting date other than this study.
