Letter from Gordon to Cathy Stentzel, assistant to the editor of SOJOURNERS, with an attached article. ~ 8/18--Cathy writes Gordon with the guidelines for his article. 9/2--Gordon encloses his promised article and says that he has decided to suscribe to the magazine. In his article Gordon discusses the pacifist position on abortion. He talks of the fetus as a human life, how pacifists are most sensitive to the most vulnerable of society, and the total dependence of the unborn. He says it is tragic that the abortion issue has become confused with the struggle for women's liberation. 9/29 Cathy confirms that they received tha article and thanks Gordon for his contribution.
