Americans United for Life: AUL legal Defense Fund ~ 4 letters from David to Gordon, 3 return letter from Gordon to David. ~ David initially contacts Gordon (5/12/78) to ask him to contribute an article about abortion to a proposed book--he gives the logistics of it. Gordon responds (10/17/95) that he is willing and warns David of his political and moral orientation as a pacifist. David writes back (10/24/78) to tell Gordon to please proceed with his essay. On 10/26/78 Gordon submits his article with a brief letter. 4/13/79 Gordon writes again, saying that he has not heard anything and asking if the book is still scheduled for publication. 4/23/79, David writes that the book was sent to the publishers and could be in print by fall. On 6/2/80 Gordon writes to David again saying that he has not heard anything for over a year and asks that if his essay is not going to be used that it be returned so that he can find another publisher. ~ see above
