Letter. General letter to council members of the American PAX Association. ~ Jim writes that he is unable to attend this year's council meeting and he offers some suggestions. He says that a bulletin rather than a magazine would probably reach more members of the Church. He also says that Pax Christi needs to be more effective in reaching the bishops of the Church during this time of war.
