Correspondence. Writes to Msgr. Higgins to address Higgins' criticism of Gordon's RAMPART article. Gordon concedes on a point or two, but his main assertion is that he stands by his article and writes his rebuttal to Higgins' article in his letter. Regretfully Gordon will not be in Washington before the Schema 13 issue is decided, but would still like to discuss the issue at some later date.
