Correspondence. Letter to Gordon Zahn ~ Letter in which Msgr. Higgins tells Gordon how disappointed he is by Gordon's article in RAMPARTS. It is not Gordon's criticism of Bishop Hannan that he minds, but rather the fact that (according to Msgr. Higgins) Gordon has based his accusations on idle gossip and that all criticisms ought to be expressed with a degree of respect for one's adversary. He invites Gordon to pay him a visit in Washington, D. C. where he would be more than happy to discuss Schema 13 in greater detail. Msgr. Higgins encloses an article he has written entitled "PACIFIST ATTACK". ~ 02/16 ~ Washington, D. C.
