Royal ordinance, repeating a judgment given on May 17th, 1783, that no one from the surrounding communes possessed rights to the waters of Valpergato, Pont and Valli and that there would be a fine of 20 scudi if anyone were caught using the waters without the permission of Count Giuseppe Ignazio di Valperga.
