Side A of this cassette features an episode of the radio program Za i protiv hosted by Fatima Salkazanova and aired on Radio Liberty. The episode includes an interview with Aleksei Ivanovich Kazannik, a representative from the political party Narodnaia sovest' in Omsk. Side B features an additional episode from the same program that includes an interview with Iurii Moskvich, President Boris Yeltsin's representative in Krasnoyarsk at that time.
