These are mostly papers prepared by members of the Commission themselves but there are a few by non-members which were placed before the Commission by one or other of the members. The red numbers have been given to the papers for the purpose of this archive. Some carry blue numbers which were given at the time according to a system which was not maintained. They are divided into three sections: Theological papers T1 to T43; Demographic, Sociological and Economic papers D1 to D30; Medical and Psychological papers M1 to M38.
