McGill says they have the names of the legatees to whom they distributed the $60,000 in proportion to their claims. They are the stock legatees whose stock was sold by Mr. Behan. Mr. James H. Behan in a codicil made provisions for the payment of these legatees. McGill quotes the codicil requiring the residuary legatees to take care of those provided for in the will but whose stock had been sold.
