Dwenger says he will meet Purcell Saturday morning the 27th at Piqua, then they will drive to Minster. He outlines their plan of travel from the 27th of August to September 2 with the services they will attend at Cappella, Philathea, Celina, Minster, Wapakoneta, Berlin, Newport, Greenville and Union.
