He congratulates Purcell on the realization of his wishes to have at last obtained a coadjutor. He will pray that the coadjutor will sweeten Purcell's years. It will be impossible for him to assist at the consecration. Juncker asks if he has the power to suspend and absolve in the case of a young priest who has been accused of absolving his accomplice.
