Scope and Contents

The mitre he sent was of Archbishop John Purcell. They have a vestment of Bishop Fenwick, but Elder is using it for Mass. He will send what he can in Pastorals. The cane he sent belonged to Archbishop Samuel Eccleston who gave it to Purcell. He put a new stock on it and gave it to Father Thomas Blake.
