Cahill, Miss R.F., Decatur, Illinois, to James F. Edwards, Notre Dame, Indiana, 1887 August 22

Seeing in the "Catholic Mirror" of Baltimore that Edwards is desirous of corresponding with persons who have back copies of the Mirror, she writes that she has five bound volumes, 1852 to 1858. She has copies of the "New York Fremans Journal" and of a large newspaper called "The Maddisonian" published in Hagerstown or Fredrick some 70 years ago.
