Questionnaire. Study is being done by the Center on Conscience and War. Hopes that once this survey is completed it can be expanded to a more comprehensive survey, including possibly high schools. Mentions that for a time the issues related to the place ROTC has in Catholic academia has led to controversy and hopes that this study will help to provide a more objectively factual basis for future discussion regarding these issues.
