He is assuming that Loretta will not be coming to Boston since he has not heard from her. He will be in Colorado Springs on April 16-19 to cheer up his friends. He will be staying with Mike, who is teaching his 3rd block course. He is sending the shipment without hearing from her because he needed to get it out of the way.
