Says the last remaining tenant passed away and it will soon be vacated. Since its value has escalated to the point where he would have to pay additional taxes he would prefer to donate it to the Center's benefit. Also interested in setting up a trust in Jaegerstaetter's honor which would be used to support the Center and wants some suggestions to how to go about doing that.
