Says that on August 1 he submitted an article for consideration for publication in The New Catholic World, heard nothing, and wrote again October 1, and still has heard nothing; thus he is assuming that its publication prospects have died. Another article of his concerning doing a new edition of GERMAN CATHOLICS AND HITLER'S WARS also suffered the same fate; beginning to feel as though he is being ignored.
