Memo. The committee recommends a salary adjustment for Mike in light of the present budget situation. After discussing a number of possibilities, the Committee agread that as of January 1, Mike's salary should be increased to $21,000. Also suggested that an additional full-time staff person be hired at the suggested salary of $15,000.
