However,he discusses his dissatisfaction toward the PLAN in regards to how it handles involvement with countries under oppressive regimes. He realizes the tough situation this puts the organization in because it suggests that they should not help these children at all. He ends by saying that at the time his next foster child reaches the age of termination, he would like no replacement.
