He wants to know, before agreeing to help this new child, what the PLAN's stance is on the oppression going on in Sri Lanka right now because of the Tamil Population. He recognizes that the child should not be punished for injustices of the government, but would like to know how the PLAN handles discrepancies between local plan officials and local governments.
