The tragic accident that has interfered with Mary's activities with the Peace committee and reduced it to an active membership of only two at the time when it should be preparing for major activities leads me to return to the suggestion I made at the last Steering Committee meeting; each committee should be empowered to nominate for immediate admission sufficient new members to bring its strength up to maximum.
