Solutions and Recommendations: (1) relative to my own situation; (2) relative to Commission processes. ~ This is an outline of solutions and recommendations Kathy has regarding her situation. ~ She is primarily concerned with the survival of the integrity of the Commission. She believes there cannot be any just settlement other than her rehiring. She also has other suggestion regarding the structure of the Commission for avoiding such problems such as her unjust firing in the future.
