A letter to Gordon Zahn ~ Ms. Laychak of Holt, Rinehart and Winston has checked with their sales department and they estimate that between 1964 and 1972 they sold 4,500 copies of IN SOLITARY WITNESS. She has also contacted the Greek publishers for a copy of the Greek edition, but they said they sent some. they must have been lost in overseas mail.
