He doesn't recall making any arrangements with Bob Manning so anything he sets up (preferably later than February) will be OK, because he's busy with another project going with the USCC in Washington. Gordon also inquires about that statement a group of them worked out for the Boston bishops' meeting. He saw their statement deploring the resumption of bombing, so he supposed that took precedence over the amnesty thing.
