Correspondence. Josefino describes the hardships, such as floods and typhoons that currently are affecting the Philippines. He says that because of these hardships, schools are closed and in especially in the Central Plain of Luzon people are without homes because they are all under water. They also cannot go to work or get food. He says he prays for help.
