A letter to John Swomley. ~ Raphael says that his feeling of despair is compounded by the knowledge that the Search Committee has hastily arrived at the decision to seek a co-Secretary outside of present FOR Staff counterposed to Allan's and Ron's stated position that they feel compelled to resign if this be the case. Raphael is disillusioned with and disappointed in the organization's inability to come to some sort of resolution on the issue.
