General
Document. The document explains that in Chicago, a special federal grand jury report shows that Chicago police fabricated their accounts that Panthers had waged a gun battle with them when police bullets killed Fred Hampton and Mark Clark. It is now admitted that all of the firing--except one shot--came from the police. FOR calls for the freeing of Panther Bobby Seale and his co-defendants on reasonable bail until a fair trial can be guaranteed.
