"A Question of Judgement: Pius XII and the Jews" ~ This is a small booklet written for the National Catholic Welfare Conference. ~ Lichten explores Pius XII's sin of omission in his lack of a statement against the genocide of WWII. Lichten feels that the play "The Deputy" was unfair to Pius XII and that the Pope did what he felt would have the best results for the Jews at the time.
