Journal #2. It is customary for articles of any merit that are presented at a convention to be published during the following year in the ACSR. Paul Mundy, the editor of ACSR, scheduled publication for fall of 1959. However, the publication was postponed. Father Gallagher, an executive at ACSS, has fears about the publication of this paper. Awhile later, Mundy is relieved of his position as editor and the new editor was told by Father Gallagher not to publish the paper going against the promise he made to Mundy that the paper would only be delayed.
